Amrutham podi unniyappam

Ingredients

Amrutham podi-1 cup

rice flour-1/2 cup,

semolina-2 tbsp

maida-1/4 cup

jaggerry-3/4 cup melted

ghee-2 tbsp

coconut pieces

oil

banana-1

baking soda-1/4 tsp

Preparation

In a mixie jar add, banana, half of melted jaggerry and amrutham podi, grind well and transfer to a bowl, add another flours into it, mix all together, next add melted jaggerry, mix well with a whisk, then rest this batter for 1 hour, add some roasted coconut pieces, add more batter and mix again, add baking soda if you required.Now you can make unniyappam in unniyappam maker.

Kadai paneer( restaurant style)

Ingredients

for marination

paneer-200 gm

chilly powder-1/2 tsp

salt

lemon juice-1/2

for grinding

oil-1 tsp

cumin powder-2 tsp

pepper powder-1 tsp

onion-1

ginger-1 piece

garlic-5

tomato-2

Other ingredients

onion-2

capsicum -1

oil-3 tbsp

bay leaf-2

cinnamon-2

chilly powder-1 tsp

turmeric-2 tsp

garam masala-1 tsp

fresh cream-2 tbsp

kasoori methi-1 tsp

coriander leaves

Preparation

Marinate paneer with chilly powder, salt and lemon juice, then fry in hot oil and keep aside. In the same pan add oil and saute capsicum and onion separately and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, pepper, onion, ginger garlic and tomato, saute well, then grind into fine paste.

Take a kadai, heat oil, add spices and grinded mix, cook until separate oil, next add cream, kasoorimethi,paneer , capsicum and onion, mix well, finally add some coriander leaves.

Sweet corn soup

Ingredients

sweet corn-3/4 cup

water

oil-2 tbsp

ginger, garlic-1 tsp each

onion-1

carrot-1 small

beans-3

turmeric-1/4 tsp

chilly powder-1/4 tsp

salt

pepper powder

Preparation

Grind half of the sweet corn with a little water and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic chopped, roast well, next add onion, saute it well, next add all vegetables and another half of sweet corn, next add water, salt, turmeric and chilly powder, mix well, once it boil add corn paste, then cook well. Serve with pepper powder.

Preparation

Heat oil in a cooker, add mustards and cumin, once it crack, add der red chilly, onion , ginger and garlic, then saute this well, add curry leaves , turmeric, chilly flakes, mix well, next add potato, water and salt, cover the cooker and cook well, finally add some coriander leaves.

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, chilly and curry leaves, fry well, next add onion, and salt, saute it well, then add masalas, cook until it turns aromatic, then add tomato, mix well, next egg, scramble it and mix with masala, then turn off flame. Take a bread slice, remove the sides, then roll it, fill with the masala and cheese, then seal it with maida paste, after done this for all, fry in hot oil.

Easy porotta

Ingredients

Preparation

In a bowl add maida and salt, gradually add water, knead well and make a soft dough, you can add oil, then rest this for 10 minutes, then divide the dough into equal balls, flattern it into most thin, then roll it and fold it, do this for all, then flattern it and cook it in a pan, tap the porotta after cooking.

Semiya paayasam

Ingredients

vermicelli

sugar-1/2 cup

cardamom powder

milk-1 ltr

milk maid-1/4 cup

for caramal syrup

sugar-2 tbsp

water- 2 1/2 tbsp

cashew nuts

Preparation

Lets begin with preparation of caramal syrup, heat a pan add sugar and water, cook until it become perfect consistensy, add more water and mix well, then keep aside. Boil water in a pot, add ghee into it, add vermicelli, cook well. Add milk after vermicelli cooked well, add sugar, next salt, next cardamom powder, finally add prepared caramel syrup, mix well. Heat ghee in a pan, roast cashews and add into the payasam.

Heat a cooker, add ghee, once it melts add some spices, next add onion, saute it well, next ginger and garlic, saute again, next add chopped vegetables, once it cooked half add masalas, cook until its raw smell gone, next add tomato, mix well, now add washed rice, mix well and add water and salt , cover the cooker, cook for 1 whistle, after the pressure gone, open it, and serve with hot.

Ingredients

ghee- 1 1/2 ts

cashwes and kismis

egg yolk-1

sugar-1/2 cup

cardamom powder-1/2 tsp

corn flour-1/2 cup

milk-2 1/2 cup

Preparation

In a pan heat ghee roast cashews and kismis and keep aside.Take another pan, add egg yolk,sugar,corn flour, cardamom powder, milk and ghee, and mix well to remove lumps, now turn on flame, stir well until it become cooked and thick. Take a plate grease with ghee place cashews and kis mis into it, pour the corn flour mix into it, level it with a spoon, allow it to cool, then cut it into desired shape.
