Kadai paneer( restaurant style)


for marination

paneer-200 gm

chilly powder-1/2 tsp


lemon juice-1/2

for grinding

oil-1 tsp

cumin powder-2 tsp

pepper powder-1 tsp


ginger-1 piece



Other ingredients


capsicum -1

oil-3 tbsp

bay leaf-2


chilly powder-1 tsp

turmeric-2 tsp

garam masala-1 tsp

fresh cream-2 tbsp

kasoori methi-1 tsp

coriander leaves


Marinate paneer with chilly powder, salt and lemon juice, then fry in hot oil and keep aside. In the same pan add oil and saute capsicum and onion separately and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, pepper, onion, ginger garlic and tomato, saute well, then grind into fine paste.

Take a kadai, heat oil, add spices and grinded mix, cook until separate oil, next add cream, kasoorimethi,paneer , capsicum and onion, mix well, finally add some coriander leaves.
