Sweet corn soup


sweet corn-3/4 cup


oil-2 tbsp

ginger, garlic-1 tsp each


carrot-1 small


turmeric-1/4 tsp

chilly powder-1/4 tsp


pepper powder


Grind half of the sweet corn with a little water and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic chopped, roast well, next add onion, saute it well, next add all vegetables and another half of sweet corn, next add water, salt, turmeric and chilly powder, mix well, once it boil add corn paste, then cook well. Serve with pepper powder.
