dry red chilly-2

curry leaves
turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
chilly flakes-1/4 tsp
potato-2
water-1 1/2 glass
salt
coriander leaves
Preparation
Heat oil in a cooker, add mustards and cumin, once it crack, add der red chilly, onion , ginger and garlic, then saute this well, add curry leaves , turmeric, chilly flakes, mix well, next add potato, water and salt, cover the cooker and cook well, finally add some coriander leaves.
