Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, chilly and curry leaves, fry well, next add onion, and salt, saute it well, then add masalas, cook until it turns aromatic, then add tomato, mix well, next egg, scramble it and mix with masala, then turn off flame. Take a bread slice, remove the sides, then roll it, fill with the masala and cheese, then seal it with maida paste, after done this for all, fry in hot oil.
