Ingredients
Amrutham podi-1 cup
rice flour-1/2 cup,
semolina-2 tbsp
maida-1/4 cup
jaggerry-3/4 cup melted
ghee-2 tbsp
coconut pieces
oil
banana-1
baking soda-1/4 tsp
Preparation
In a mixie jar add, banana, half of melted jaggerry and amrutham podi, grind well and transfer to a bowl, add another flours into it, mix all together, next add melted jaggerry, mix well with a whisk, then rest this batter for 1 hour, add some roasted coconut pieces, add more batter and mix again, add baking soda if you required.Now you can make unniyappam in unniyappam maker.
