Lets begin with preparation of caramal syrup, heat a pan add sugar and water, cook until it become perfect consistensy, add more water and mix well, then keep aside. Boil water in a pot, add ghee into it, add vermicelli, cook well. Add milk after vermicelli cooked well, add sugar, next salt, next cardamom powder, finally add prepared caramel syrup, mix well. Heat ghee in a pan, roast cashews and add into the payasam.
