ghee- 1 1/2 ts

egg yolk-1

sugar-1/2 cup

cardamom powder-1/2 tsp

corn flour-1/2 cup

milk-2 1/2 cup

Preparation

In a pan heat ghee roast cashews and kismis and keep aside.Take another pan, add egg yolk,sugar,corn flour, cardamom powder, milk and ghee, and mix well to remove lumps, now turn on flame, stir well until it become cooked and thick. Take a plate grease with ghee place cashews and kis mis into it, pour the corn flour mix into it, level it with a spoon, allow it to cool, then cut it into desired shape.
