•Banana – 3
•Ghee – 1 tbsp
•Nuts – 1 tbsp
•Ragi powder – 1/2 cup
•Jaggery – 3 ach
•Water – 1/4 cup
• Coconut milk – 1 cup
•Cardamom powder – 3/4 tsp
•Salt – a pinch


How to prepare

Pour ghee in a frying pan and add nuts, chopped bananas,
Add ragi powder and saute well. Add coconut to it and fry it again. When it becomes a well-kneaded dough, Strain the jaggery melt.Saute it till it reduces. Transfer to another bowl and mix with cardamom powder and roll into small balls and flatten slightly. Pour a teaspoon of ghee in a hot pan and take it from side to side. Tasty Snack is ready.
