First, add two tablespoons of chili powder, half a tablespoon of turmeric powder and enough salt to two kilos of chicken pieces and mix and set aside for half an hour.After that, pour oil in a pan and heat it up and add chicken pieces. Fry the chicken and set aside .Add the chopped onion to the same pan. After frying the onion well, add one tablespoon of chili powder, one tablespoon of garam masala, half a tablespoon of turmeric powder, one tablespoon of coriander powder and fry until the raw smell of the powder disappears. Beat three tomatoes in a mixer and add to this mix well then add ginger garlic paste and green chillies mix everything again then add chicken pieces add some water and cook well. When it becomes a thick gravy add curry leaves and switch off the flame.
