Chicken stuffed wheat paratha

Ingredients

FOR DOUGH

Wheat Flour – 2 Cups

Water – 3/4 Cup

Salt – 3/4 Tspn

Sugar – 1 Tsp

Oil / Ghee – 1 Tbsp

FOR FILLING –
Potato – 2 Big ( Cooked with turmeric powder and salt and mashed well)

Chicken – 250 GM ( Pressure cooked with turmeric powder (1/4 Tsp) Pepper Powder (1/2tsp), Garam Masala (1/2 Tspn), Salt (1/2 Tspn) , Water (1/4 Cup) and minced.

Savola – 2 Medium Chopped

Tomato – 1 small chopped (riped)

Ginger Garlic Crushed – 11/2 Tspn

Green Chilly – 1-2 chopped

Coriander Leaves – A handful chopped

POWDERS –

TURMERIC POWDER – 1/4 TSPN

PEPPER POWDER – 3/4 – 1 Tbsp

Garam Masala – 1 Tsp

Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp

Cumin powder – 1/4 Tspn ( Optional)

OIL / Ghee – As needed

Preparation

First we prepare the dough, for that add ingredients in the recipe add to a bowl, knead it well and make soft and smooth dough, then keep aside. After that , for filling, heat a pan, add oil, after heat it well add garlic ginger crushed, saute it well, next add onion and green chilly, saute this until the onions turn brown, then add tomato cook it to become mushy, next add masalas, mix well, once the raw smell gone add chicken and potato, mix all well, finally add some coriander leaves.

Divide the dough into small balls, flattern the ball, add filling, carefully fold it, then dip in flour, again roll it, finally , cook it in a tawa.

Bread, milk powder gulab jamun

Ingredients

milk powder-2 tbsp

cardamom-5-6

milk-1 cup

sugar-1 cup

water-2 cup

oil for frying

Preparation

Remove the sides of bread, then crush it with your hand, add milk gradually, then mix well, then add milk powder, after combine it well keep aside. After some times, make the dough into small equal balls, then fry it in hot oil.

Melt sugar with water and cardamom, once it become perfect consistency, dip all jamun balls in this sugar syrup.

Preparation

Add maida, egg and water to a mixie jar, blend it well and make a batter, transfer it to a bowl, add salt and baking soda, mix it well, after that heat a appachatti, pour the batter, cook it by cover the lid.

Honey candy

Ingredients

White Rice/ Idli rice: 1 cup

Urad Dal ( Uzhunn) :1/4 cup

Salt:1/4 tspn

Baking Soda:1/4 tspn

Red Food colour ( optnl)

Sugar:1 cup

Lemon juice:1 tspn

Oil ( sunflower or palm oil)

Preparation

soak rice and urad dal for 3-4 hrs, then grind it into fine paste, add salt,and baking soda, combine all well, next add food color, mix it to the batter. For sugar syrup, melt sugar in a sauce pan, add lemon juice, mix well then keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, pour the batter with a spoon, make small candies, fry it well, after frying all dip the candies in sugar syrup for 1 hour.

semolina-1 cup

sugar-1/2 cup

Preparation

Grind semolina and sugar and make a fine powder, then add ghee, egg and cardamom, blend it well, add baking powder, mix well. Take idli plate, grease it with ghee, pour the batter in each hole, add roased cashews above it, then steam it well.

Preparation

For roasting coconut heat a pan, add coconut, shallot. curry leaves and garlic, roast it to turn aromatic, then add masalas, mix until the raw smell gone, then cool it and grind with required water and make fine paste. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, and curry leaves, saute it well, then add water and salt, after boiling it break eggs to the pan, after a few seconds mix it well, then add the coconut paste, mix it well, cook it for 2-3 minutes.

Ingredients

vermicelli-2 glass

Preparation

Heat a pan, add vermicelli, roast it well, then keep aside. Next add coconut oil to the same pan, after heating it well add mustard and urad dal, pop it well, next add dry red chilly, curry leaves, cashews, ginger, green chilly and onion, saute it well, next add carrot, add salt, mix all well, once the carrot it cooked pour hot water, then add vermicelli, combine all, then cook it until it become non sticky.

Ingredients

orotti rice flour-2 cup

Preparation

Take rice flour in a bowl, add salt, after mixing well add water gradually, then knead it to make soft dough, take a plastic sheet, spread oil, then put the dough, shape it into round with your palm, then put in the tawa, cook it well.

Kalakand (a sweet)

Ingredients

Milk – 500 ml

Paneer grated- 400 grams, grated fine

Condensed milk – 300 grams

Cardamom powder – optional

Ghee – 1 and 1/2 teaspoon , optional

Flakes of pistachios, almonds, cashewnuts

Preparation

Boil milk in a pan, add milkmaid, stir it well , next add grated paneer, stir continously, once it starts boiling, turn the flame to medium, cook until it become thick, add cardamom and ghee, mix well, once it become thick transfer it to a container, add some nuts above it, then allow it to cool, after that keep in fridge for 4 hrs, then cut it.

Chocolete brownie

Ingredients

Dark compound chocolate – 100 gms

Sugar – 1/2 cup

Yogurt – 3/4 cup

Vanilla essence – 1 tsp

Maida – 1/2 cup

Baking powder – 1/4 tsp

Salt – a pinch

Cocoa powder – 3 tbsp

Chocolate chips – 1/4 cup

Roasted nuts of your choice – 1/4 cup

Preparation

Melt chocolate , then add sugar, curd and vanilla essence, combine all well, put a strainer above the bowl, add dry ingredients, then sieve it to the chocolate mix, add chocolate chips and nuts, fold it well, then transfer it to a container, decorate with nuts, then bake it.
