semolina-1 cup

sugar-1/2 cup

ghee-2 tbsp


kismis-2 tbsp


baking powder-1/2 tsp



Grind semolina and sugar and make a fine powder, then add ghee, egg and cardamom, blend it well, add baking powder, mix well. Take idli plate, grease it with ghee, pour the batter in each hole, add roased cashews above it, then steam it well.
