salt to taste

Praparation

Heat oil in a clay pot, add curry leaves, green chilly, onion, ginger, and garlic , saute it well, next add tomato, saute again, now add masalas, and water, once the curry boils add egg , add salt and scramble the eggs, next add coconut oil and garam masala ,cook for another few minutes, finally add some curry leaves and chopped green chilly.

Banana wheat evening snack

Ingredients

Jaggerry-250 gm

ghee

cashews-2 tbsp

banana-2

grated coconut-1/2 cup

wheat flour-1 cup

salt-a pinch

cardamom powder-1/2 tsp

water-1 cup

Preparation

Melt jaggerry with water, then allow it to cool. Heat ghee in a pan, roast cashews, and saute banana and grated coconut in the same pan and keep aside.

Take wheat flour in a bowl, add melted jaggerry and banana mix, gradually add water and mix well, then pour the batter to a container and cook well in a steamer.

Mango chicken

Ingredients

Preparation

Grind all ingredients in the list and mix with curd, and marinate chicken with half of this masala, and rest for 1 hr. Heat a kadai, add oil , next add spices and roast well, now add another half of masala into it, saute for 5 minutes, next add onion, garlic, garam masala powder and coriander powder, again saute for 5 minutes, now add coconut milk and tomato puree, and allow it to boil, then add chicken and mango , mix all well and cook for 15 minutes, finally add some coriander leaves.

Beef fry

Ingredients

beef-1 kg

corn flour-2 tsp

garam masala-1/2 tsp

fennel crushed

chilly flakes

Preparation

Cook beef with chilly powder, turmeric, pepper powder , salt, curry leaves and required water. Then strain out from water and cut into small pieces, then marinate with chilly powder, turmeric, corn flour, garam masala, lemon juice, fennel seeds crushed,ginger garlic crushed, chilly flakes and rest for 1/2 hrs. Then frt in hot oil.

Paal paniyaram

Ingredients

Idly batter

salt

sun flower oil

milk-1 cup

sugar

Preparation

Add salt to idly batter, mix well,. Heat oil in a pan, pour small quantity of idly batter into it by usung your hand, fry it until turns brown color and transfer to a plate.

Boil milk, add sugar and cooked paniyaram, soak for 15 minutes, then serve it.

Bao bun sandwich

Ingredients

chicken-250 gm

chilly powder-2+1 tsp

turmeric-1/2+1/2 tsp

ginger garlic paste-1 tsp

soy sauce-1 tsp

tomato sauce-2 tsp

salt

yiest-1/2 tsp

baking powder-1/2 tsp

onion-1

cabbage-1/2 cup

capsicum-1/4 cup

oil-5 tbsp

maida-3 cup

Preparation

For dough making, add maida,salt , yiest , salt and required water in a bowl, knead well, and make a soft dough. Spread some oil above it and keep aside.

Marinate chicken with chilly powder, turmeric,salt,ginger garlic paste, sauces and salt, and rest for 1/2 hrs. Then fry the chicken in oil.

Heat oil in a pan, add onion, cabbage, capsicum and saute well, then add masalas and fried chicken , mix well.

Divide the dough into equal portions, then fill with masala and make ball shape, and cook in a steamer.

Ifthar snack

Ingredients

For marinate chicken

chicken small pieces-300 gm

For dough

Preparation

Marinate chicken with the above said ingredients, then rest for 1/2 hrs.

Make maida dough and flattern it by using a chappathi press.

Heat a pan add butter, onion, salt and ginger garlic paste and saute well, now add chicken and cook well, then add spinach and cheese, mix well and cook another few minutes, then turn off flame.

Cook all chappathies in a pan and fill with the chicken masala, then roll it.

Pink palada( sadya special)

In a cooker add,milk , water and sugar, allow it to boil, then cover the cooker and cook milk about 1 hr in low flame. After the pressure gone open the lid, then transfer to another pot, add cooked ada into it, turn on flame and cook until it become perfect consistensy.
