Ingredients

Rice flour-2 cup

water-2 cup

coconut-1/2 cup

shallots-2-3

cumin-1/2 tsp

Preparation

Boil water, now add coconut grated into it, then add salt, cumin and shallots, allow it to boil, now add rice flour, and stir well, make sure the flame is low, after 3 minutes turn off flame. Knead rice flour mix well, and make a soft dough, take lemon size ball from the dough and flattern in a pathiri press and cook in a pan.

Nadan Payar, kaya thoran

Ingredients

green beans-300 gm( chopped)

raw banana-1( peeled and chopped)

salt

turmeric

coconut oil-1-2 tbsp

mustards-1/2 tsp

onion chopped-1

chilly flakes-1-2 tsp

curry leaves

Preparation

Cook beans and banana with salt, turmeric and required water. Then heat a pan splutter mustards, add chilly flakes and onion, saute it well, now add curry leaves and cooked beans, cook until it become dry.

Carrot lime juice

Ingredients

carrot -4(grated)

mint leaves-10

lemon juice-2 tsp

water-1 glass

sugar-3 tsp

honey-2 tsp

ice cubes

Preparation

In a blender add carrot,mint and lemon, then strain out this,then add honey and sugar into it, mix well, and serve with ice cubes.

Preparation

Take a blender add carrot , sugar and cardamom, then blend well, now add milk and ice cream, blend again and serve with badam.

Apple sharjah shake

Ingredients

Preparation

Add all these ingredients in a blender, blend well, then serve with some crushed nuts.

Pzham pori

Ingredients

Riped banana-2

maida-200 gm

rice flour-3 tsp

sugar-4-6 tsp

salt- a pinch

food color/turmeric-2 pinch

baking soda-2 pinch

water- 1 1/2 glass

Preparation

In a mixing bowl add, maida, rice flour, sugar, salt and baking soda , then make a thick batter by adding water gradually, now add food color and mix well, the batter for diping banana is ready.

Slice banana into long pieces, dip in maida batter and fry in hot oil.

watermelon( remove seeds)

roasted peanut ( crushed)

corn flour-2 tsp

coriander chopped

green chilly sauce-1 tsp

crushed peanut

cumin powder

lemon juice

For dipping

maida

water

salt

bread crumbs

Preparation

Mash potato well, then add other ingredients one bye one, knead all well. Make a maida batter.

Take small portion of potato mix, fill with egg piece, and dip in maida batter, then coat bread crumbs, after doing this for all fry in hot oil.

Easy egg tea snack

Ingredients

garam masala-1/4 tsp

gram flour-2 tbsp

maida-2 tbsp

bread crumbs

Preparation

Mix all ingredients(except egg) in a bowl, mix well by your hand, take small portion from it, then place 1 egg slice, and cover with another portion, and seal it. Dip all in maida gram batter, and coat it bread crumbs, after doing this fry in hot oil.

Kovaykka thoran

Ingredients

Ivy gourd( kovaykka)

Chicken lasagna

Ingredients

boneless chicken

Bread slices

butter-2 tbsp

maida-1 tbsp

salt

oregano

chilly flakes

onion-1

garlic -1 tbsp

tomato puree

pepper powder

capsicum

mozarella cheese

Preparation

Heat a sauce pan, add oil, add garlic chopped, onion and saute well, add bone less chicken, next salt , cook 5 minutes, add tomato puree, allow it to boil, add capsicum, cook well, now add chilly flakes , pepper powder, mix well turn off flame.

For white sauce, cook maida in butter with milk, make thick paste, add oregano , chilly flakes and pepper powder into it, mix well and turn off flame.

For setting lasagna, take a glass tumbler, spread some white sauce, and add bread, then add chicken mix, and spread white sauce above it, put cheese above, put second layer of bread, repeat the steps, after done this, bake this for 15 minutes in low flame.
