Chicken lasagna

Ingredients

boneless chicken

Bread slices

butter-2 tbsp

maida-1 tbsp

salt

oregano

chilly flakes

onion-1

garlic -1 tbsp

tomato puree

pepper powder

capsicum

mozarella cheese

Preparation

Heat a sauce pan, add oil, add garlic chopped, onion and saute well, add bone less chicken, next salt , cook 5 minutes, add tomato puree, allow it to boil, add capsicum, cook well, now add chilly flakes , pepper powder, mix well turn off flame.

For white sauce, cook maida in butter with milk, make thick paste, add oregano , chilly flakes and pepper powder into it, mix well and turn off flame.

For setting lasagna, take a glass tumbler, spread some white sauce, and add bread, then add chicken mix, and spread white sauce above it, put cheese above, put second layer of bread, repeat the steps, after done this, bake this for 15 minutes in low flame.
