Ingredients
Riped banana-2
maida-200 gm

rice flour-3 tsp
sugar-4-6 tsp
salt- a pinch
food color/turmeric-2 pinch
baking soda-2 pinch
water- 1 1/2 glass
Preparation
In a mixing bowl add, maida, rice flour, sugar, salt and baking soda , then make a thick batter by adding water gradually, now add food color and mix well, the batter for diping banana is ready.
Slice banana into long pieces, dip in maida batter and fry in hot oil.
