garlic-3 pods

ginger- 1 inch

green chilly-5


turmeric powder-1/4 tsp

coriander powder-1/4 tsp

black pepper powder-1/4 tsp

fennel seeds powder

garam masala-1 tsp

water-1 cup

coconut oil-4 tbsp

water-1 cup


curry leaves

salt to taste


Heat oil in a clay pot, add curry leaves, green chilly, onion, ginger, and garlic , saute it well, next add tomato, saute again, now add masalas, and water, once the curry boils add egg , add salt and scramble the eggs, next add coconut oil and garam masala ,cook for another few minutes, finally add some curry leaves and chopped green chilly.
