grated coconut-1/2 cup
wheat flour-1 cup
cardamom powder-1/2 tsp
Melt jaggerry with water, then allow it to cool. Heat ghee in a pan, roast cashews, and saute banana and grated coconut in the same pan and keep aside.
Take wheat flour in a bowl, add melted jaggerry and banana mix, gradually add water and mix well, then pour the batter to a container and cook well in a steamer.
