Ingredients

oil

fennel seeds

onion

salt

ginger garlic crushed

green chilly

curry leaves

chilly powder

turmeric powder

coriander powder

cooked chicken( chopped)

water

dosa( cut into small pieces)

coriander leaves

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add fennel, next add onion, saute it well, next add green chilly, curry leaves and ginger garlic chopped, cook well, next add masalas and cooked chicken, add some water, cook well, add dosa pieces, finally add some coriander leaves and mix it well.

Rice papad

Ingredients

Raw rice-1 kg

jackfruit leaf

fenugreek-1/4 tsp

cumin-1 tbsp

sesame-2 tbsp

betel lime-1/4 tsp

salt

water

Preparation

Soak rice and fenugreek for 1 hour, then strain out from water. Grind rice into fine powder, add sesame , cumin, betel lime, salt and required water into the rice flour, mix well, then take leaves , spread the batter above the back side, steam cook the leaves, then dry this in sun light, finally, remove the papad from the leaf, you can store this for 1 year.

Nadan muringayila thoran

Ingredients

moringa leaf-1 1/2 cup

egg-2

grated coconut-4 tbsp

chilly flakes-1 tsp

mustard-1/2 tsp

garlic-3 cloves

salt

coconut oil

Preparation

Mix moringa leaf, coconut, salt and chilly flakes. Heat a pan , add oil, crack mustards, then fry garlic, next add moringa leaf and cook well, then add egg and scramble it, mix both together and cook it for 2 minutes.

Break eggs into a bowl, add green chilly, onion, capsicum, salt and coriander leaves, beat well and keep aside. Cook noodles with taste maker powder and keep aside.Heat a pan , add butter, then add egg mix, cook well, then add cooked noodles above the omlet, and fold it from one side.

Easy breakfast

Ingredients

Preparation

Take a mixie jar, add tomato,ginger,chilly and garlic, blend well, then transfer to a bowl. Add flours, coconut and curd in an another mixie jar, add required water, grind into smooth paste, pour above the tomato paste, mix well, next add chilly flakes, salt, coriander leaves and baking soda into it, mix well and rest for 15 minutes, then make soft dosas.

wheat flour snack

Ingredients

chicken-200 gm

salt

turmeric-1/4 tsp

pepper powder-1/4 tsp

garam masala-1/4 tsp

chicken masala-1/4 tsp

oil

palak

wheat flour-2 cup

salt

water

oil

Preparation

Marinate chicken with above said masala, rest for 15 minutes, then rest for 15 minutes, after cool the chicken,  shred it well . Heat oil in a pan saute onion and chilly, then add chicken into it, mix well, next add palak, cook well,then transfer it to a plate.

Next we have to make wheat dough, then flattern it, cut it into small round shape, fill with the chicken masala, and fold it. After done, cook in a steamer.

Coconut rice and chicken curry

Ingredients

cooked basmati rice-2 cups

grated coconut-1/4 cup

mustards

urad dal

chana dal

peanuts

For curry

chicken-1 kg

tomato-2 medium

ginger garlic paste-2 tbsp

for marinate chicken

coriander powder-1 1/2 tsp

garam masala-1 1/2 tsp

lemon juice

curry leaves

Preparation

Lets start the cooking with marination of chicken, roast the masalas before marinating, then add lemon juice and curry leaves, into it, mix well and rest for 1/2 hrs.Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, then fry well, next add onion, saute it well, next add tomato and green chilly, add required salt, now add chicken and cook well.Finally add some garam masala.

Next we prepare coconut rice.Heat a pan add ghee, splutter mustards , add other ingredients one bye one, roast well, add hing, then add cooked rice, mix well and cook for 2 more minutes then turn off flame.

chana masala curry and poori

Ingredients

chana – 2 cup

garam masala-1/2 tsp

kashiri chilly powder-2 tbsp

For poori

maida-1 cup

wheat flour -1 cup

semolina-2 tbsp

salt

water

Preparation

For curry, heat oil in a pan, add garlic , chilly and onion, saute it well, add salt, cook until it turns aromatic, now add masalas, cook until the raw smells gone, next add tomato, cook well, next add, cumin powder, garam masala and pepper powder, mix well and allow it to cool, then grind in a mixie jar, next heat a pan , add oil and curry leaves, next add grinded masala with water, next add cooked channa, mix and boil it for 5 minutes, finally add some kasoori methi and coriander leaves, then turn off flame.

Now start poori preparation, add all flours in a bowl, add salt and water, knead it well and make soft dough, divide into small balls , then flattern it and fry in hot oil.
