Ingredients
for masala curry
chana – 2 cup
green chilly-5
onion-2
ginger- 1 tsp
tomato-1
garlic-5-8
cumin powder-1/2 tsp
garam masala-1/2 tsp
pepper powder-1/2 tsp
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
kashiri chilly powder-2 tbsp
coriander powder-2 tbsp
kasoori methi
coriander leaves
For poori
maida-1 cup
wheat flour -1 cup
semolina-2 tbsp
salt
water
Preparation
For curry, heat oil in a pan, add garlic , chilly and onion, saute it well, add salt, cook until it turns aromatic, now add masalas, cook until the raw smells gone, next add tomato, cook well, next add, cumin powder, garam masala and pepper powder, mix well and allow it to cool, then grind in a mixie jar, next heat a pan , add oil and curry leaves, next add grinded masala with water, next add cooked channa, mix and boil it for 5 minutes, finally add some kasoori methi and coriander leaves, then turn off flame.
Now start poori preparation, add all flours in a bowl, add salt and water, knead it well and make soft dough, divide into small balls , then flattern it and fry in hot oil.
