Ingredients
Water-1 1/2 cup
jaggerry-3
wheat flour-1 1/2 cup
ghee-2 tbsp+1 tsp
banana-2
shredded coconut-1 cup
cashews-2 tbsp
raisins-2 tbsp
sugar-2 tbsp
cardamom-1/2 tsp
salt- pinch
cumin-1/4 tsp
water
Preparation
Heat a pan add ghee, roast cashew nut and raisins , next grated coconut, roast until become golden brown color, then add banana, sugar, cardamom and mix well, cook in low flame, then transfer to a plate. Take a bowl, add wheat flour, melted jaggerry, cardamom, salt, banana mix, ghee and cumin seeds and mix well , then transfer to a tin and cook in a steamer
