Ingredients
Chicken( boneless)-600 gm
kashmiri chilly-4 nos
pepper
shallots
garlic-2
ginger
curry leaves
lemon
rice flour
coconut grated
green chilly
red chilly powder
garam masala
turmeric powder
Preparation
Take a mixie jar, add kashmiri chilly, chilly powder, shallots, garlic ginger, garam masala, turmeric ,salt, lemon juice, rice flour and grind well then marinate chicken with this paste , rest for 3-4 hrs, then fry the chicken . Heat a pan add oil and curry leaves, and transfer to a plate, then add coconut to the pan add some masala and cook , mix alltogether and cook it becomes dry, then spread it over the fried chicken
