Ingredients

fish-1/2 kg

coconut oil – 2 tbsp

fenugreek seeds-1/2 tsp

onion-2

green chilly-3

ginger-1 tbsp

garlic

tomato-1

pot tamarind-6

hot water

turmeric powder-1 tsp

red chilly-4 tsp

coriander powder-1 tsp

for grinding,

grated coconut -5 tbsp

shallots-5

fennel-1/4 tsp

water-2 tbsp

salt

curry leaves

Preparation

Grind the coconut with shallots and fennel , keep aside

Heat a clay pot add oil, then fenugreek, next onion, green chilly , ginger, garlic ,tomato, pot tamarind and hot water , then add masalas and cook for 2 minutes, then add the fish and cook well, then add coconut into it, finally tempering with mustards, chilly and curry leaves

urad dal -1 tbsp

Preparation

Heat a pan add ghee and roast rava and keep aside, in the same pan add oil , mustard, channa dal, urad dal,curry leaves, cashews,onion, chilly,ginger and saute well, then add water, once water boil add semolina , salt and sugar cook for 15 min, finally add ghee on it

kannimanga achar

Ingredients

Tender mango-1 kg

kashmiri chilly powder- 1tbsp

Red chilly powder- 3 tbsp

hing- 1/3 tsp

fenugreek powder-1/3 tsp

mustard powder-100 gm

salt-150 gm

gingelly oil- 2 tbsp

vinegar-1 tbsp

Preparation

In a ceramic pot layer the mango and salt for 5 days. After 5 days separate the mango from salt water.

Heat a pan add oil and fry all masala powder , mix this with mango, vinegar and required salt water put this again into the same ceramic pot and seal with a banana leaf

beef liver fry

Ingredients

1.beef liver

2.coconut oil – 2 tbsp

5.curry leaves

6.ginger garlic paste-3 tbsp

preparation

Heat a pan add 2-5 ingredients saute well , then add masalas 6-11 items cook well and add liver mix well , then add coconut milk and cook for 15 min , then add shallots and green chillies again cook for a while. finally add curry leaves above it.

Ingredients

poha/flattern rice

Take the poha in a mixie jar and grind it, then heat a pan add ghee and roast the powdered poha and transfer to a plate, then add water into the same pan, once it boil add cardamom, turmeric and sugar then add powdered poha and mix well next add ghee, cook in a low flame and add ghee frequently. Finally transfer this to a plate allow it to cool

cook pumkin and ash gourd with salt and turmeric in a pressure cooker, then in a blender add coconut and grind well . In a pot add fenugreek, rice, coriander, red chilly, and curryleaves and dry roast these ingredients after grind these well.

Add tamarind juice into the cooked vegetables and add powdered spices, finally seasoning with mustard and chilly

cryspy ghee roast

raw rice -1 cup

urad dal-1/2 cup

fenugreek-1 tsp

boiled rice-3 tbsp

wash and soak the rice, fenugreek , urad dal for 4-5 hrs and grind with boiled rice and required water and rest for 10-12 hrs for fermentation. after 10 hrs add salt and mix well and make cryspy  dosa.

Heat a claypot add oil then add chopped shllots and saute well then add chilly, curry leaves,  masala mix,and half tomato, once it cooked well add tamarind water and hot water ,salt, add fish after boil the curry and cook well.
