Ingredients
tamarind -lemon size
pumkin -1cup
ash gourd- 1/2 cup
turmeric- 1/2 tsp
coconut -2 tbsp
salt
red chilly -4
coriander seeds-2tsp
fenugreek-1/2 tsp
raw rice-2tsp
oil-1 tbsp
red chilly -2
mustard seeds-1 tspn
preparation
cook pumkin and ash gourd with salt and turmeric in a pressure cooker, then in a blender add coconut and grind well . In a pot add fenugreek, rice, coriander, red chilly, and curryleaves and dry roast these ingredients after grind these well.
Add tamarind juice into the cooked vegetables and add powdered spices, finally seasoning with mustard and chilly
