Healthy banana snack

Ingredients

banana – 1 1/2 piece

cooked channa dal- 1 cup

coconut-1 cup

ghee- 1 tbsp

powdered jaggerry-2

cardamom powder- 1/4 tsp

desicated coconut- 2 tbsp

Preparation

Cook banana and mash it in a bowl,  heat a pan add ghee and coconut , jaggerry, and mix well add daal when the jagerry melt completely, then add mashed banana, finally add desicated coconut and cardamom , mix well and turn off the flame, make small balls

Ice cream

Ingredients

milk- 2 pkt

sugar- 1 1/2 tsp

wheat flour- 2 tsp

vanilla essance-1/4 tsp

Preparation

Boil milk in a pan add sugar and wheat flour, and vanilla essance then mix well and cook until it becomes thick, then allow it to cool, after transfer to a mixie jar blend for 1 min, then pour toa ice cream tin, then refrigerate for 6 hrs

chayakkada pathiri

Ingredients

Rice flour- 1 1/2 cup

Water 2 1/4 cup

salt

coconut – 1/2 cup

cumin-1/4 tsp

shallots -3

ghee-1 tbsp

maida-2 tbsp

black seeds

oil for frying

Preparation

In a pan boil water with required salt, and take a blender add coconut , cumin, shallots and blend it. Once the water is boiled add rice flor and mix well and add maida and ghee,  black seeds and coconut mix make smooth dough, and flattern the dough and cut into small round shape, and take a deep fry

Paal payasam

Ingredients

Payasam rice-1/2 cup

milk-1/2 ltr

sugar-1 1/4 cup

water-3/4 cup

Preparation

Take milk, sugar, and water in a cooker and boil it, then add rice cook for 1/2 hour in low flame , open the cooker after the whole steam is come out, then cook again until it become thick

coffee pudding

Ingredients

milk-3 cup

corn flour-3 tbsp

instant coffee powder-1 1/2 tsp

Cocoa powder- 1 tsp

sugar-4 tbsp

Preparation

In a pan add milk, corn flour, coffee powder, cocoa powder, sugar, and mix well , drain its to remove lumps, then cook  in medium flame , stir continously until it becomes thick consistensy, and allow it to cool, then set in a glass bowl, refrigirate it, finally spread coffee powder above it

soya capsicum fry

Ingredients

soya chunks- 1 1/2 cup

capsicum- 1

green chilly-2

turmeric-1/2 tsp

soya sauce-1 tbsp

tomato ketchup-2 tbsp

jaggerry-400 gm
