raw rice-2 1/2 cup
jaggerry-400 gm

water-1 cup
maida-3 tbsp
salt- 1 pinch
ghee -2 tbsp
coconut – 3 tbsp
cardamom powder-1 tsp
coconut- for frying
Preparation
Melt the jaggerry with water, soak rice for 5 hrs and grind with melted jaggerry, maida. and salt. Rest the batter for 6-8 hrs, after add roasted coconut , and cardamom then mix well. Cook neyyappam
