Ingredients
soya chunks- 1 1/2 cup
capsicum- 1
green chilly-2
turmeric-1/2 tsp
soya sauce-1 tbsp
tomato ketchup-2 tbsp
ginger- a small piece
red chilly-4
garlic-10
lemon juice -1/2 tsp
oil
salt
Preparation
Soak soya chunks in hor water for 10 min , then drain from water and cook with salt and turmeric. Heat oil in a pan add green chilly, ginger, garlic, red chilly,lemon juice and saute until it turns aromatic, then add capsicum, next sauces, and cooked soya chunks , and cook 3 minutes, finally add capsicum
