Chicken bread pola

Ingredients

bread slices-6-8

for egg mix

egg-4

pepper powder-1/2 tsp

salt

milk-1 cup

For masala

onion-1

ginger garlic crushed-1 tsp

green chilly-2

salt

cooked chicken( cooked with salt, pepper and turmeric)-250 gm

garam masala-1/2 tsp

chilly powder-1/4 tsp

pepper powder-1 tsp

turmeric-1/4 tsp

salt

capsicum-1/2

coriander leaves chopped

Preparation

For dipping, break eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper, mix well, next add milk and mix all together, set aside.

For masala, heat a pan , saute onion, ginger garlic, and green chilly, then add all masalas, and cooked chicken with it, next add capsicum and coriander leaves, mix well and turn off flame.

Heat a pan, pour egg mix, and place bread after diping the same mix, and add masala above it, again set bread, pour egg mix above it, cook both sides well.

Bread,egg pizza

Ingredients

Bread slices-7

egg-3

onion-1

capsicum-1 small

tomato-1/4 cup

salt

pepper powder-1/4 tsp

cheese

chilli flakes

oregano

tomato sauce-2 tbsp

chilly sauce-2 tbsp

Preparation

Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add onion, capsicum, tomato, salt, oregano, and chilly flakes, cook for 1 minutes, keep aside. Add 3 eggs in a blender, add a pinch of salt into it, next add pepper powder, blend well. Mix sauces with chilly flakes, and oregano mix well. Cut bread into triangle shape, arrange it in a pan after dipping in egg mix, turn on the flame, cook for 1 minute, and flip it, spread balance egg mix above it, spread pizza sauce above it, next add vegetables cooked, cheese, and raw vegetables, you can add some chilly flakes and sauce, cover the pot and cook in low flame.

Keema cheese balls

Ingredients

chicken masala-1 tbsp

chicken keema

boiled potato and carrot

coriander leaves

cream cheese

salt

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add onion and ginger,garlic, green chilly, and saute well, next add chicken powder, next chicken keema, and cook well, then add cooked potato and carrot, mix well, then add salt and coriander leaves, mix well and turn off flame, then take small portion from it, and fill with cheese, dip all balls in egg , and coat in bread crumbs, fry in hot oil.

Egg cutlet

Ingredients

egg boiled-3

potato-1

ginger-small piece

green chilly-3

curry leaves and coriander leaves

bread crumbs

maida-3 tbsp

turmeric powder-1/4 tsp

pepper powder-1/2 tsp

garam masala-1/2 tsp

lemon juice

Preparation

Chop all vegetables. Heat a kadai, add oil, add ginger, green chilly and onion, saute well, next add salt, all masala powders, then cook well, add boiled potato, grated egg, salt, curry leaves , coriander and lemon juice, cook well and turn off flame. Take small portion, and shape it, then dip in maida batter, and coat in bread crumbs, after done all, fry in hot oil.

Chakka ada

Ingredients

jackfruit(varikka chakka chula)-25

melted jaggerry- 1 1/2 cup

coconut pieces-1/4 cup

grated coconut-1 1/2 cup

cardamom powder- 1 tbsp

rice flour- 1 3/4 cup

ghee -2 tbsp

Preparation

Take jackfruit in a mixie jar, grind well. Heat a pan and add ghee, then saute grinded jackfruit well, next add coconut pieces, mix well, next add grated coconut, next melted jaggerry, cardamom powder, rice flour, then mix well,  once it become thick, turn off flame. Then flattern the dough in banana leaf, fold it and cook in a steamer.

Egg snack( Egg coin)

Ingredients

Egg-3(boiled and sliced)

gram flour

turmeric

salt

chilly powder

pepper powder

garam masala powder

water

bread crumbs

Preparation

Take sliced eggs in a tray, then keep in refrigirator for 1/2 hrs. In bowl add gram flour and other masalas, make a thick batter by using required water, then dip eggs in this batter and coat in bread crumbs, then fry in hot oil.

Beef varattiyath

Ingredients

coriander powder-2 1/2 tsp

pepper powder-2 tsp

kashmiri chilly-1/4 tsp

turmeric-1/4 tsp

fenugreek-3/4 tsp

beef-1/2 kg

garam masala

coriander leaves, curry leaves and mint leaves

lemon juice

oil

fenugreek

onion-1/2

shallots-10

ginger garlic chopped- 3 tsp

green chilly-5-8

Preparation

Roast all masalas with some fenugreek seed, then marinate beef with this masala , salt , lemon juice and herbs, rest for 1/2 hrs, then heat a cooker add oil, fenugreek, onion, shallots , ginger garlic and green chillies, then saute well, next add beef into it, add required salt, cover the cooker, and cook well, finally add some curry leaves.

Meen pollichath

Ingredients

Fish-1/2 kg

chilly powder-2 tsp

green chilly-4-5

ginger- large piece

pepper-1 tsp

garlic-1 pot

lemon juice-1/2 piece

shallots-10

banana leaf

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a mixie jar, then make a smooth paste, marinate fish with this masala mix, and rest atleast 10 minutes, then cover it with banana leaf, then fry in a pan.

Rice snack

Ingredients

Rice- 1 cup

jaggerry -1( grate)

coconut-1 cup

Preparation

Dry roast rice after washing well, then dry grind rice in a mixie jar. Add coconut and jaggerry in a mixie jar, blend well, next add grinded rice into it, again blend it, then transfer to a plate.

Egg crepe roll

Ingredients

maida-250 gm

salt

water

oil

onion

green chillies

tomato

turmeric

mayonaise

Preparation

Add maida in a bowl, knead well with water and salt, make soft dough, divide the dough into small balls, then spread some oil, and rest for 1/2 hrs, then paste 2, and flattern it. Cook all chappathi well, then separate it, next mix all vegetables chopped and break 4 eggs into it, add salt and turmeric and mix well. Heat a pan, pour the egg mix, place one chappathi above it, cook well, then place another chappathi, spread some mayonaise above it, then roll it, and cut it.
