Preparation

Add maida in a bowl, knead well with water and salt, make soft dough, divide the dough into small balls, then spread some oil, and rest for 1/2 hrs, then paste 2, and flattern it. Cook all chappathi well, then separate it, next mix all vegetables chopped and break 4 eggs into it, add salt and turmeric and mix well. Heat a pan, pour the egg mix, place one chappathi above it, cook well, then place another chappathi, spread some mayonaise above it, then roll it, and cut it.
