turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
pepper powder-1/2 tsp
garam masala-1/2 tsp
Chop all vegetables. Heat a kadai, add oil, add ginger, green chilly and onion, saute well, next add salt, all masala powders, then cook well, add boiled potato, grated egg, salt, curry leaves , coriander and lemon juice, cook well and turn off flame. Take small portion, and shape it, then dip in maida batter, and coat in bread crumbs, after done all, fry in hot oil.
