Preparation

Cook jack fruit and seeds in a pressure cooker with salt, turmeric, chilly powder and water. Grind coconut with cumin, then add to cooked jackfruit, mix well, then keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, let it pop well, then add crushed garlic, dry chilly and curry leaves, saute all well, then add coconut and grated jaggerry, mix well, then add to curry.

chicken masala-1tsp

fennel powder-1/2tsp

garam masala-1/2tsp

cooked vazha chund

potato -2medium

cooking oil-deep fry

Preparation

Chop banana flower into small pieces, then wash it well. Add the flower to a pan, add salt and turmeric, then cook it for 10-15 minutes in low flame. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic paste, saute it well, then add onion, saute until the color become golden brown, now add masala powders, mix to turn aromatic, next add cooked banana flower and boiled and mashed potato, combine all well, then turn off flame. Wait until the heat is gone, then make cutlets, dip it in egg mix and coat evenly with bread crumbs, fry the cutlets in hot oil.

Frozen vegetables preparation

It is very easy to store vegetables for a long period of time, lets check how its possible.

First, chop vegetables as you like. Take hot water in a bowl, add some salt, vinegar and oil into it, after a well mix add vegetable into it, soak it for 2 minutes, then transfer the veggies to cold water, strain it after 1 minute, then wipe our the wet, take a storage bag, add the vegetable, remove air, then wrap it tightly, now you can store it in freezer for long time.

Instant Breakfast Dosa

Ingredients

semolina-1 cup

wheat flour-2 tbsp

sugar-1/2 tbsp

salt

yeast-1/2 tsp

Preparation

Add semolina to mixie jar, grind it into fine powder, then add wheat flour, yeast, salt and suga, then pour water, grind it again and make a fine batter, rest the batter for 1/2 hrs, then make small dosas in tawa.

Preparation

Fry idli in hot oil, then keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic, saute it well, then add onion, saute it again, next add tomato, mix it until it become soft, now add masala powders, once the raw smell gone add sauces and salt, then add idli into it, mix it with masala, then add coriander leaves, now turn off flame.

Banana , Wheat flour Snack

Ingredients

for dough

wheat flour-1 cup

maida-1/2 cup

sugar-4 tbsp

salt-1/4 tsp

instant yeast-1 tsp

ghee-3 tbsp

milk

For filling

jaggerry-2

banana-2

water

ghee-2 tbsp

coconut-1 cup

cashews and kismis-2 tbsp each

cardamom powder-1/2 tsp

oil for frying

Preparation

Take a bowl, add wheat flour, maida, salt, sugar and yeast, mix well, then pour milk , knead it well and make a soft dough, rest it until it become double. For filling, heat ghee in a pan, add banana, saute it well, then add coconut, combine all , next add cashew and kismis and cardamom powder, mix all well, then add jaggerry juice, mix everything until it become thick, then turn off flame. Take the dough, divide it into equal parts, then add the filling in each part, make a desired shape. Fry all well.

Ingredients

For egg marination

4 Egg ( Boiled )

1/4 Teaspoon fennel seed powder

1/4 Teaspoon garam masala powder

Pinch turmeric powder

1/4 Teaspoon coriander powder

1/4 Teaspoon chilli powder

2 Teaspoon oil

1 1/2 Teaspoon water
Salt

For Biriyani

7 Teaspoon Oil

1 1/2 Teaspoon Ghee

1 or 2 Nos Mace ( jathipathri/jathipoo)

6 Nos Cinnamon (Small )

2 Nos Cardamom

2 Nos Star anise

5 Nos cloves

1/4 – 1/2 Teaspoon pepper

1 Nos big onion

1 Teaspoon ginger paste

1 Teaspoon garlic paste

1/4 Teaspoon turmeric powder

3/4 Teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder

1/4 Teaspoon chilli powder

1 1/2 Teaspoon coriander powder

2 Nos tomato ( For Tomato Puree)

1/4 Teaspoon pepper powder

1 Glass rice ( 4 glass boiled rice)

1/4 Glass water

Salt

Coriander leaves

Mint leaves

Preparation

Marinate egg with the masala. Heat oil in a pan, add eggs, fry it well. Add ghee to the pan, then add whole spices, after roasting it well add onion, saute it well, next add ginger paste, garlic paste, mint and coriander leaves, saute all well, now add masala powders, combine all well, add tomato paste, mix it again, add salt and a little water, boil it until it become thick, now add cooked ration rice, mix with masala, add fried egg, combine with masala and rice, then turn off flame.

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, masala powders , sesame and crushed chilly, roast it for a minute, then add it to soaked poha, mix all well, then add onion, and coriander leaves, knead it well, and make small shapes from this dough, fry the snack well in hot oil.

Preparation

Take half of strawberries in a mixie jar, grind it well. Chop remaining strawberries into small pieces. Take a pan, add chopped straberries, and sugar, cook it well, then add grinded paste, mix well, once it become thick, turn off flame.

Preparation

Cook mango with shallots, green chilly, turmeric , salt , curry leaves and required water. Grind coconut with shallots, garlic, cumin and curry leaves, then add to cooked mango, pour water, then boil it well, now add buttermilk, after heating it well turn off flame. Finally, season the curry with mustard, fenugreek, shallots and dry chilly.
