Ration rice Egg Biriyani

For egg marination

4 Egg ( Boiled )


1/4 Teaspoon fennel seed powder

1/4 Teaspoon garam masala powder

Pinch turmeric powder

1/4 Teaspoon coriander powder

1/4 Teaspoon chilli powder

2 Teaspoon oil

1 1/2 Teaspoon water

For Biriyani

7 Teaspoon Oil

1 1/2 Teaspoon Ghee

1 or 2 Nos Mace ( jathipathri/jathipoo)

6 Nos Cinnamon (Small )

2 Nos Cardamom

2 Nos Star anise

5 Nos cloves

1/4 – 1/2 Teaspoon pepper

1 Nos big onion

1 Teaspoon ginger paste

1 Teaspoon garlic paste

1/4 Teaspoon turmeric powder

3/4 Teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder

1/4 Teaspoon chilli powder

1 1/2 Teaspoon coriander powder

2 Nos tomato ( For Tomato Puree)

1/4 Teaspoon pepper powder

1 Glass rice ( 4 glass boiled rice)

1/4 Glass water

Marinate egg with the masala. Heat oil in a pan, add eggs, fry it well. Add ghee to the pan, then add whole spices, after roasting it well add onion, saute it well, next add ginger paste, garlic paste, mint and coriander leaves, saute all well, now add masala powders, combine all well, add tomato paste, mix it again, add salt and a little water, boil it until it become thick, now add cooked ration rice, mix with masala, add fried egg, combine with masala and rice, then turn off flame.
