poha-1 cup

coconut oil-2 tsp


cumin-1/2 tsp

hing-1/4 tsp

turmeric-1/4 tsp

crushed chilly-1 tsp

sesame-1/2 tsp

gram flour-1/2 cup


coriander leaves


Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, masala powders , sesame and crushed chilly, roast it for a minute, then add it to soaked poha, mix all well, then add onion, and coriander leaves, knead it well, and make small shapes from this dough, fry the snack well in hot oil.
