green gram-1/2 cup
coconut-1
jaggerry-400-450 gms
cardamom powder-1/2 tsp
dry ginger powder-1/2 tsp
cumin powder-1/2 tsp
ghee-1 tbsp
cashews
kismis
Preparation
Dry roast green gram, then wash it well and add to a cooker, and cook well. Then add second extract of coconut milk, boil it well, next add jaggerry melted, stir well, then add cumin powder,cardamom and dry ginger powder, cook for 2-3 minutes, finally add thick coconut milk and cashews and kismis roasted.
