Tasty hotel style Banana fritters

Banana – 3

All purpose flour – 1 cup


Rice powder – 1 tbsp

Sugar – 3 – 4 tbsp

Dosa Batter – 1 tbsp

turmeric powder (Yellow Food Colour) – 1 pinch

Salt – 2 pinch

Cardamom powder – 2 pinch

Warm Water – 1 +1/4cup

Oil for Deep Frying


Take a bowl, add all ingredients together, add warm water and mix well, make a thick batter, rest this batter for 4-5 hrs. After fermentation, take banana slices and dip in the batter and deep fry it.
