Ingredients
chana dal-1 cup soaked
oil-2 tbsp
ginger garlic crushed-1 tbsp
green chilly-2
curry leaves
onion-1 1/2
chilly powder-1 tsp
coriander powder-2 tbsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
fennel powder-1/4 tsp
garam masala-1/4 tsp
coriander leaves
tomato-1
Preparation
Cook channa in a pressure cooker with,water,salt and turmeric. Heat a pan, add oil, saute chopped vegetables one bye one,next add masalas, mix well,then add cooked channa, add 2 tbsp grinded channa , that makes the curry more thick. Finally add some curry leaves and coriander leaves.
