Ingredients
Ration rice 1 1/2 cup (250ml)
Water
Spices (clove,bay leaves, cardamom)
Ghee – 3 tbsp
vegitables ( carrot,green peas, beans)
Salt to taste
Pepper powder -1 tsp
Soya sauce -1 tbsp
Viniger-1 tbsp
Chopped garlic -1 tsp
Green chili -2 chopped
Preparation
Soak rice in hot water for 10 minutes, then strain out. Boil water in a pot, add ghee, spices,salt and allow it to boil, now add rice, cook only 75 %, then drain rice from water.Heat a pan, add ghee,next add garlic and green chilly, add onion, saute it well, next add vegetables and green pead, cook it well, next add vinegar, soy sauce mix well,next add rice into it, mix it slowly, next add pepper powder,and ghee, mix well.
