maida -2 cup


salt- to taste

oil-1 tspn

yeast -1 tspn

sugar-1 tbspn

water -1/4 cup+ required

For filling

fried chicken-300g

onion-1/2 cup

carrot-1/2 cup

cabbage-1/2 cup

cucumber-1/4 cup

Tomato -1/4 cup

lemon juice-1 tspn

pepper powder-1/2 tspn

salt – 1 pinch


Mix yiest sugar and luke warm water, rest 5 minutes for activate yiest. In a bowl add maida,salt and oil, mix well,add yiest mix, knead it well by adding little water, make a soft dough, then rest it for 4 hrs. Then split this into small balls, roll it into medium thick chapathies, then cook in a tawa.

For filling, marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, chilly powder,pepper powder,turmeric,garam masala powder,salt and curd, rest 10 minutes, then fry this.Crush the chicken into small piece. Add all vegetables chopped in a bowl,add salt,pepper,vinegar and coriander mix all well. In a butter paper put a kubboose,spread mayonaise and tomato sauce, then add fillings, roll it and wrap with butter paper.
