Preparation

Heat oil in a pan add mustards, curry leaves, and dry red chilly  , roast well, next add onion , ginger garlic, and salt saute until become soft, then add all masalas , cook it turns to aromatic , then add tomato , cook well, next add chicken, pepper powder, cardamom, salt and required water and cook well, finally add curry leaves
