rice flour-2 cup

Preparation

Soak green gram for 2 hrs and drain from water and dry it in sunlight. Then take a bowl add rice flour ,gram flour , turmeric, water,oil and salt ,make a soft dough, and take the dough in a idiyappam press , then press into oil and fry well, finally fry the green gram in oil and add into the mixture, also add black salt and mix together
