masala dosa




ginger- small piece

green chilly-1

oil-3 tbsp

mustard seeds-1/2 tsp

red chilly-2

channa dal- 1 tsp

urad dal-1 tsp

curry leaves

lemon juice-1 tsp



Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, channa dal, urad dal,and dry red chilly fry well, when turns aromatic add green chilly, ginger and onion , add water, then boiled potatoes when water boils, and cook well, finally add curry leaves and lemon juice
