ginger garlic paste -1tsp
turmeric -1/4 tsp
chilly powder -1 tsp
pepper powder -1 tsp
hot water -1tbs
wheat flour -1 1/2 cup
for making of masala add oil into a hot pan then add onion,cook for a while then add salt,ginger garlic paste,turmeric,chilly powder,coriander,garam masala,pepper powder subsequently, after cooking well.add 1 tbsp of hot water and keep aside.
for dough making add hot water into wheat flour and make soft dough, then divide into small balls and fill with masala finally cook in a steamer,tasty breakfast is ready.
