vermicelli -100gm

milk -1 1/2 ltr

water -125 ml

sugar -14 tbs

cardamom powder 3/4 tbs

cashew nuts -10

raisins -2tbs

ghee -2 tbsp

preparation

fry cashews and raisins in ghee and keep aside, fry vermicelli in the same pot then boil milk in another pot add fried vermicelli cook for 15-20 min,add sugar again cook 15-20 min untill the consistensy become slight thick finally add cashews and raisings and cardamom..
