Take one liter of milk in a pan and boil it well. When it boils, add lemon juice. It should be added two or three times. The cream and water in the milk should be stirred until well separated, then it can be strained into a cloth. Squeeze the cream out of the cloth well and wash it once or twice, then put it on top of a bowl. A weight can be placed tightly on top of this and after two hours, after all the water has gone well, it can be taken out and cut into paneer.
