Let’s see how to make nice soft porota in 10 minutes..

Take a bowl of flour, add salt, half a tablespoon of sugar and two tablespoons of oil to it, add boiling water to it and mix it. When it becomes thick, transfer the dough to the counter top and knead it well with your hands, then make it into small balls and flatten each one into nice layers. Apply oil on top of this and sprinkle some powder on top and then fold it slightly from one side and roll it and keep it aside Do the same with all the balls. Then take it one by one and flatten it again and then bake it in a pan. After baking all the porotas, put them on top one by one and beat them well with your hands to make them soft.
