Let’s prepare chicken curry. Heat a pan for that, Add onion and kashmiri chillies to this first and when it gets sauted well then add crushed ginger garlic and tomatoes and saute it again. Next, add the powders like coriander powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, chicken masala powder and add some coriander leaves and curry leaves. Once it is mixed well, turn off the flame. When it is hot, add coconut milk to the mixer and beat it well. Pour it back into the pan and add the chicken pieces. You can add salt as needed and cook it well. Add a little more coriander leaves and curry leaves to it. Now take the banana and place a porota on top of it. Pour the prepared chicken curry pieces on it. On top you can add some onion, tomato and coriander leaves and cover it with a porota. Now you can set the next layer and then wrap it well in a banana leaf and tie it. Now you can put a pan to heat it and put kizhi on top of it. Cover it and cook it well on both sides.
