Millet, Spinach Dosa

Millet powder – one cup
• Spinach – a handful
•Chopped green chillies – one tsp
•Ginger chopped – one teaspoon
•Garlic chopped – one teaspoon
•Chopped onion – 1/4 cup
•Chopped coriander leaves – 1/4 cup
• Chopped tomatoes – 1/4 cup
•Sesame – 1 tbsp
• Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
•Salt – tsp
•Water – 1/2 cup
•Egg – 2


How to prepare

• Add 1/4 cup of water to the millet powder and mix it without lumps. Then add all the chopped vegetables to it, add sesame seeds, salt, cumin and egg and mix well. It should be mixed to a loose consistency.

• After pouring a teaspoon of oil in a hot pan, it can be baked by pouring a little spoonful each and vice versa. Nutritious
