Raw rice snack


A cup of greens is a cottony soft dessert without adding even a drop of oil.

One cup of raw rice can be soaked for four hours and then the water should be changed and added to the mix, along with one cup of grated coconut, three quarters of a cup of cooked rice, some cardamom powder and one teaspoon of instant yeast and grind it to a thick consistency. Boil enough jaggery water for sweetening and make juice. Pour it into the batter and mix well and keep it aside for three hours. After mixing well risen batter, heat the non-stick unniapam pan in the oven. When it is hot, pour the batter into each well and cover the pan and cook it on low flame.
