Jack fruit recipe

Ingredients

raw jackfruit

chilly powder

turmeric

salt

water

coconut

cumin

shallots

garlic

turmeric

curry leaves

coconut oil

mustard

dry chilly

Preparation

Chop jackfruit pods to small pieces, then cook it in a pressure cooker with salt, turmeric, chilly powder and water. Grind coconut with turmeric, cumin, shallots and garlic, then add this paste to cooked jackfruit, boil it well and make thick. Season it with mustard, dry chilly and curry leaves.

Chilli powder 2 tsp

Yellow powder 1/4 tsp

Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp

Vinegar 1 tsp

Coconut oil 1tsp

Preparation

Marinate fish with the masalas in the list, then fry it after 30 minutes. Then add onion to the pan, saute it well, then add green chilly and curry leaves, then add curry leaves, mix it well, next add masala powders, once the raw smell gone add tamarind water, add salt, boil it until it become thick, now add fish to it, mix it with masala, then turn off flame.

Preparation

Break 2 eggs to a blender, add sugar and vanila essence, blend it well, then add maida, baking soda, baking powder and oil, blend it again, then add milk, mix it well. Take small bowls, apply oil, then pour batter to each bowl, steam it well.
