Ingredients:
4 carrots
2 green chilies
1 coconut
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste

Virgin coconut oil
Preparation
Grind coconut with some warm water and extract the milk. Keep the first, second and third milk aside.
Boil the third milk with some hot water and use it to cook the carrots.Dice the carrots and keep aside.Stir fry diced carrots and slit green chilies with turmeric powder and salt. Add the third milk and cook until the carrots are tender. Add the second milk and cook until it comes to a boil.Add the first milk and cook until it comes to a boil. Turn off the flame. Garnish with curry leaves and virgin coconut oil.
Wash the green beans and add them to a pan with some water. Add turmeric powder and salt to the pan. Cook the beans on low heat until they are tender. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and chilli flakes.
Pour this tempering over the cooked peas. Serve hot.
